(NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today announced that it closed its acquisition of ProtectWise, Inc., a Colorado-based business which provides cloud-delivered Network Detection and Action. This acquisition permits Verizon to broaden its product offering in Network Detection and Reaction and bring additional talent to the company.
