The Ithaka S R U.S. Faculty Study reveals that academics are progressively depending on cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox and Flickr to arrange and store their research information.
The survey, published on April 12, explores changing research study, teaching and publishing practices of professor at four-year colleges and universities. The study got 10,919 actions from professors in a series of disciplines.
Roughly half of faculty surveyed reported using cloud services to handle their research study information.
